|Recommended: YesAbsolutely. I have always felt safe and comfortable here. Im never worried about who's living here. I have always been responded to when I need something looked at or serviced. The management has been easy to deal with when financial issues have caused rents to be tardy. Over all its like family or great friends .

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for several years. The upkeep is excellent and is a Safe and secure environment. Keeping the parking lot and road clear during the winter storms is exceptional. Maintenance is really good. A great place to live. The staff is friendly and receptive to any issue.

|Recommended: YesWe love living in this apartment complex and recommend that you decide to rent here, too All tenants have been so nice and respectful. The staff is easy to get ahold of if needed and they respond quickly. The location is ideal to get around anywhere in the city. Overall, we give 5 stars

Could use more clarity on guest lot rules can I park a vehicle with a temp plate in the guest lot for longer than 48 hours
Maintenance staff is diligent, kind, and personable, though some repairs have needed to be revisited multiple times.

There's plenty of parking, it's quiet, it's clean, it's well-run, and the staff are very responsive and friendly. This is the 11th apartment I've lived in during my life, and it's by far the best apartment I've ever had. Three thumbs up

|Recommended: YesAfter living here for a year and a half, I am overall highly satisfied with Copper Hill. It’s reasonably priced with prompt response from maintenance requests. I wish people closed the dumpster so that their stuff didn’t get tossed around the parking lot, but there is someone out to pick up the property every so often. I am also hoping that Big Ash finally turns their volume down this summer. In spite of these small bothers, I really like my apartment and don’t anticipate moving anytime soon.
