|Recommended: YesGreat and Safe — I've loved living at this complex - I've always felt this was a safe place for my son and I. I've already extended my lease once and can definitely see myself extending another year Maintenance follows up on your work orders the day after you send them, and I love how well they are with communicating with you on what the issue was and how it was fixed.

|Recommended: YesAfter four months... — I'm still very satisfied with our Copper Hill Apartment. There are a few foibles with the wiring inconvenient non-functioning outlets but aside from that I have very few complaints.

|Recommended: YesGreat living experience — The management group at Prodigy Properties is top of the line. They provide numerous activities via social media and engage the community to participate. I lived at Copper Hill Apartments and had a very good experience. Brian, makes you feel right at home at Copper Hill. Anytime I had a question or concern about my apartment, Brian was very helpful to provide information to make living Copper Hill a positive experience. I always felt the community was safe and you get a great value for the rent that is being paid. I would recommend Copper Hill Apartments for your next choice of housing.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I love living here at the Copper Hill Apartments It's a nice, quiet community sitting in the middle of the Hyde Park and Anderson communities. There's so much close by, there's always something to do and somewhere to go. The staff is very nice and helpful. Since it is family owned, the staff is a lot more invested in making sure the tenants are happy. My only draw back was because I lived on the ground floor, it sounded like my upstairs neighbors would fall through my ceiling at any moment. It was very loud and annoying hearing them stomp around all day, even in the early mornings. Overall a great place to live.

Thanks for the review and the kind words, it is always good to hear how we are doing. If you think its to the point where the neighbors need to be reminded that they have people sharing walls with then just let us know. Sometimes people forget that and just need a friendly reminder ;)
